WHAT?

As reported in an earlier story, we stated a cursory review of the complaints/records recently provided Ranch Matters suggests some Ranch Officials attempted to use DPSST as a weapon for their private war against Ranch Matters and their “MINIONS.”

“MINIONS”?

DPSST received one of three complaints on March 12, 2020, submitted by Ranch Director Mark Schneider where he stated, “Our insurance company ‘CNA’ has threatened to drop us (CRR Association) because of so many lawsuits filed by John Stevens and his “MINIONS.”

Schneider goes on, “We have started calling them the MANSON GIRLS because they will do what ever John Stevens ask.”

For the RECORD, John Stevens/Ranch Matters News Group has never filed any lawsuits against the Ranch Homeowners Association.

Director Schneider refers to certain Ranch Association Members as “MINIONS” and “MANSON GIRLS” for what purpose?

Comparing them (Association Members), to SATANIC KILLERS, to a State Agency?

OUTRAGEOUS

Apparently Schneider’s Satanic Killers reference was part of the Ranch Officials (DIS) organized campaign to force Association Members to move. Schneider stated, “Our community would really benefit from him not having his license. IT MAY EVEN FORCE HIM TO MOVE.”

Ranch President Carl Harbour is on the record stating

NO ONE DIRECTOR CAN ACT ON HIS OWN.
