The Missing Questions

By now, you are all aware of the Crooked River Ranch (CRR) Rodeo fiasco brought to you by Bill Burt and our Illustrious CRR Board of Directors. (BOD)

They, the BOD has decided finally to get member input via a Survey. They presented a list of Pro’s yet neglected to list any potential Liability issues or other Con’s with this project.

Before you fill out and submit your completed survey to the BOD, there are some questions for you to consider before you vote yes or no.

Did the BOD check the Zoning status of the Property Before they made their decision?

.

Did the BOD Notify Neighbors in the area, that they may be impacted by the Rodeo?

.

Did the BOD inform the Membership that Ranch Manager Judy Lapora’s family stood to receive financial gain for 5 years before there would be any benefits to CRR Property owners? If so, When?

.

Does the BOD have the authority to Re-Purpose this Community Property without the approval of 80% of property owners?  (By-Laws & CC&R’s, ORS 65 & ORS 94)

Did the BOD fulfill its fiduciary Duty and Vet the Rodeo Promoter?

.

Is the CRR BOD looking out for your interests as a property owner?

.

The BOD says there will be no costs or expenses paid for by your dues, do you believe the them?

.

Do you believe the Process the BOD used for this project was above board and Fair?

.

If you answered NO to 1 or more to any of the questions above, your survey answer should an easy decision.
