ROAD OF DECEPTION

Asked Chris Doty, Director D.C.Road Department today why GRAVEL was not listed on the Application to the BLM as an Alternative. His email response: “…desire of the SRD and Alternative Exit Committee to submit an application for a PAVED, daily use access.”

Apparently, gravel was never a consideration as an Alternative!

Additional asked Mr. Doty about submitting an application listing the SRD, when in fact the ROW is outside the SRD jurisdiction/boundary.
His response: “…that is between the SRD and their legal counsel.”

SRD legal counsel is MIA.
