At last night’s Regular Board of Directors meeting, the Directors voted unanimously to pass RESOLUTION NUMBER 2019-08-05-A, “BOARD MEETING CODE OF CONDUCT”. Actually, the Resolution they passed wasn’t 2019-08-05-A, but that wasn’t a problem for President Carl Harbour and the Board, they were hell-bent to pass something restricting Members ability to participate in Board meetings.

It should be noted that the Agenda Packet was not posted in accordance with the CRR/ Protocol and Procedures Manual that specific states the Agenda must be posted the Friday before the Board meeting. Last night’s Agenda wasn’t posted until Monday morning and inaccurately described the above Resolution, which created some confusion and served their objective.
