Ranch Matters recently received In the mail a request to investigate some matters related to the operations of a particular significant Ranch entity.

The letter opens with: “RANCH MATTERS…WE ARE HOPING THAT YOU WILL USE YOUR SKILLS TO LOOK INTO THE… “ATTACHED YOU WILL FIND A FEW QUESTIONS.”

The letter listed 11 specific questions that suggested the tipsters have some inside information. It was postmarked from Portland and signed “CRR RESIDENTS.”
