UPDATE

In our story, “HEARSAY TAKEN AS TRUTH”, published on 3/27/23,

We reported that Ranch resident Carol Orr questioned the Board of Directors about their 2/20/23, Minutes and unfounded accusations about Ms. Orr hiring an attorney.

Orr asked the Directors: “Do any of you-where did you come up with, where I have a lawyer?”

President Kari Vickery interjected:

“I understand that Ms. Orr, but unfortunately, people talk, public communicates and everything that is pretty much communicated is HEARSAY, but we have to take it as the TRUTH.”

.

The above exchanged was revealing to say the least and RM requested a copy of the 3/20/23, MEETING AUDIO from the Admin Office.

.

As expected, they refused to release the audio recording. Ranch receptionist, Tammy, emailed us the following:

“Hi John, I was told the audio isn’t available. I take that as meaning it is not and will not be available. That is all I know.”

We also emailed Ranch Manager Judy Lapora and she did not respond.

Additionally, the Ranch Directors sanitized their 3/20/23, Minutes. They apparently didn’t want any paper trails documenting the above described exchange.
