Ranch Matters has published several stories regarding this lawsuit filed June 9, 2021, against the Ranch Association by Ranch resident Lisa Andrews. Her lawsuit involves the CC&R complaint process and in particular the Association duty to maintain confidentiality when a CC&R complaint is filed.

Ms. Andrews attorney’s lawsuit alleges:

“Negligent Breach of Confidentiality and Breach of Confidentiality.”

Today Kelly Davis confirmed the case is settled, he signed the agreement and now he’s waiting on the Association to sign the agreement. Mr. Davis reconfirmed the Ranch Association has agreed to drop/dismiss the case against him and pay his attorney fees-5K.
