NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS & NO SENSE

At the 9/6/23, Work Session Meeting and while the Ranch CPA firm presented the CRR Audit Report, a line item caught the attention of one of the female Directors.

There was a line item reflecting $9,000.00 for an attorney fee and the Director questioned the amount. Manager Judy Lapora jumped in indicating said item may have been entered wrong and will check it out.

*One of Ranch Matters subscribers asked us to publish the definition of Neo-Feudalism. It was mentioned that the Crooked River Ranch style or governance-leadership stye, describes the feudalism model.
