Meeting Reading Packet:

President Kari Vickery’s Board will be further discussing Code of Conduct issues related to the Policy & Procedure Handbook.

The Board of Directors and the Ranch Manger continue to push the FALSE NARRATIVE that tighter rules are needed to protect them from

“Intimidation and harassment.”

.

Ranch Officials have declared WAR on “SOME MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION” and the First Amendment. Speech is under attack along with any Association Member deemed an enemy.

.

Ranch Manager Judy Lapora has been hard at work making changes to the Policy & Procedure Handbook further policing and restricting members rights. In her 4/17/23 and 6/19/23 Draft copies of the Handbook, she’s targeting select members. Listed under Conduct Resolutions:

“B”

“The Board determined that it became necessary for the protection of Members and employees to adopt rules to more clearly define conduct that is a nuisance or annoyance due to SOME MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION engaging in activities for the purpose of harassing or intimidating Directors, employees, or any other Members…”

On another note, the Ranch Board of Directors will STOP posting audio/video recordings of their meetings on the website and will NOT provide copies to the Members.

PROPOSED POLICY CHANGE:

“All audio/video recordings will be for internal use only to ensure accuracy of minutes, etc. Audio/video recordings will not be posted on the Ranch website or provided to Members.”

CURRENT POLICY:

“As has been the practice, the Board will continue to post files of the Board meetings onto the Ranch website for member review.”

As earlier reported, Ranch Officials spent about $14K in audio/visual equipment for recording Board meetings. $14K down the drain.

The Board of Directors and the Ranch Manger are obsessed with CONTROLLING all communication platforms. They control Board Meetings, Board Meeting Minutes, Website,

Telegraph, Phase Reps, Nextdoor along with other Social Media platforms, but not Ranch Matters.

In our 5/24 story,

“FIET FIRST-ENTERING THE LIARS’ DEN”,

Ranch resident Kevin Fiet reported having a talk with former Board President Bill Burt about allegations of threats, intimidation and harassment connected with

“SOME MEMBERS.”

According to Fiet, “I asked Bill if this information were actually true and he said no it wasn’t, that really the only thing that kind of threat at all, of any kind, was more of the aggressive style reporting put out by Ranch Matters Staff.” Feit,

“…Sounds to me like they just don’t like the news reporting and the fact that somebody might be reporting about them.”

WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT THOSE WHO CONTROL INFORMATION?
