Today, lifted the above quote from Dave Hodges current report titled, “The Chinese Infiltration Happening Under Our Noses-A Call to the Public to Report.” Hodges further reports: “ I have a half dozen reports from locals who have heard Chinese coded numbers alternating with the same on Russian coded numbers coming out of the aforementioned radio station, on an intermittent basis. One person likened it to the French Underground from WW ll in which intelligence information is broadcast on pirate radio.”

On April 30, 2018, we posted “THE NUMBERS GAME” and explained how we were following a lead regarding Prineville Radio Station 93.7 transmitting a mix of music, static and Numbers broadcasted in foreign languages, including Russian and Chinese. Two local men confirmed hearing the above transmissions.

On May 3, 2018, we spoke with 93.7 Station Owner Steve Rubin and confirmed he was aware of the foreign numbers broadcasted and further confirmed it was his way to conduct a publicity “test” for gauging listenership. Rubin stated it was his way of “saying hi” and linked the coded numbers to the “Cold War Era.”

Hodges believes this is a “major story” with “several explanations” and ends it by saying “we need more information and proof.”
