The above is a direct quote from a letter I received from CRR Ranch regarding the development of a volunteer driven Loss Prevention/Security/Safety Program for the Association Members. A program specifically designed for CRR at low to no cost for the residents.

President David Palmer has stated in multiple venues the above appointment is FALSE. Palmer published last November on ND the following: “…at no time was John Stevens appointed as a security advisor to the Board.”

On March 16, 2017, Palmer re-published in the comment section of the Madras Pioneer more defamatory statements that included a comment about my appointment. He said in part: “This is an absolute falsehood.”

Where is Palmer getting his information? His sources of information are not serving him particularly well.
