Ranch Matters was asked to check on the status of the Emergency/Quail Exit, specifically the latest work being performed.

Upon arrival, we observed two Ranch Maintenance Employees working on a trail crossing. As we approached them, Steve, the Ranch Maintenance Supervisor, SHUSHED Harold, the other maintenance worker.

Interestingly, yesterday, it was brought to our attention that a maintenance worker told a Ranch Member that John Stevens is the reason for the Emergency/Quail Exit not being completed-yet. When asked, Steve responded by saying “John Stevens name was never even brought up.”

According to Steve, Ranch Manager Judy Lapora directed the two of them to construct the required trail crossings/ “equestrian access” points. One of the access points was completed yesterday and they were completing the second one today.
