BAC MEETING

The Budget Audit Committee (BAC) met briefly today in the Juniper Room from 10:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.

The meeting was Chaired by Ranch resident Herb Parker and the stated purpose of today’s meeting was to introduce the BAC members, review the calendar and elect officers.

BAC MEMBERS: Ranch Director/Treasurer Kelly Davis, Bill Burt, Secretary Sue Haley, Chair Herb Parker, Karen Bennett, Todd Hill and Ranch Director Sheryl Jones.

Vice Chair Jerry Cooper was absent.

.

Ranch Director/VP & BOD liaison Bob Beveridge in attendance.

BAC MEMBER Kevin Ellingsburg recently resigned over scheduling issues.

.

Ranch Manager Judy Lapora did not attend. “On vacation.”

OFFICERS: Parker re-elected as the BAC Chairperson, Karen Bennett elected Vice Chair, Sue Haley re-elected Secretary.
