“PUT UP OR SHUT UP”
Part 1
At the last CRR/BOD Meeting (4/17/23), we where forced to defend ourselves against an apparent coordinate attack from certain former and current Ranch Officials and the Little Group of Patriots (LGOP) operating on CRR.
.
WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?
Ranch Manager Judy Lapora felt it necessary to modify-add, more restrictions to the Policy and Procedure Manual and placed on the Directors Agenda a request to amend Resolution 2022-06-20-C.
.
Ranch Matters (RM) knew what was up, thanks to source that wishes to remain anonymous, so we emailed President Kari Vickery and Manager Lapora the Friday before the meeting- 4/14/23, the following:
.
“According to the 4/17/23, Regular Board Meeting Work Packet, you plan on discussing Resolution 2022-06-20-C. Listed under NEW BUSINESS (b): “Resolution 2022–6-20-C Harassment and Intimidation Policy Revision.”
.
“Since you plan on talking about harassment and intimidation matters we feel said discussion should include CRR/LGOP leader, Jennie Anderson’s three page Investigative Report that includes conversations she allegedly had with you, Administrative Assistant Kara Burkhart, other unnamed employees and committee members about certain targeted homeowners.”
.
“Due to the seriousness of this issue we’re asking Monday’s Board Meeting Agenda include LGOP Jennie Anderson’s three page Investigative Report that she disseminated to not only her CRR/LGOP members, but also to Ranch residents.”
.
“On another note,
we believe as the Board President you have a responsibility-fiduciary duty, to fully investigate this serious breach of security.”
.
BACK TO THE BOARD’S 4/17/23, MEETING
.
As expected Vickery ignored our request and the Board approved Manager Lapora’s Resolution changes. However, it wasn’t unanimous.
.
VP Ara Erdekian voted “NO.”
