“…sorry about the Public Shaming that took place at Monday’s board meeting.”
Director Carol Orr
On 2/5/18, at the BOD Work Session Meeting, Jim Stagl, Ranch Resident and Committee Member stated publicly,
“Malcontents were dealt within a process involving tar and feather and a fence rail.” Stagl went on to state that “I’ve got a fence rail I’ll contribute.”
Stagl felt it necessary to accuse Members asking questions as obstructionists and “malcontents.”
At our April 16, 2018, BOD MEETING, President Dave Palmer read from portions of some Concerned Ranch Residents correspondence with the obvious intent to Public Shame them.
Palmer’s proclamation included prohibiting public comments-he wanted to control the narrative.
TAR & FEATHERED SYMBOLICALLY?
