According to an Oregonian/Oregon Live Report, the media group sued the Grant County Sheriff, Glenn Palmer along with his Office and a civil deputy back in 2016 over the release of public records.

 

Sheriff Palmer

“invoked the FIFTH AMENDMENT”

“51 times while being questioned under oath about his handling of government documents.”
