CRR Fire Chief, Harry Ward stated in the March Issue of the Telegraph,
“A second entrance and exit would not only help during a catastrophic event like a large wildfire but it would enhance public safety on a daily basis.” 
However, according to the Loan Application “PROJECT JUSTIFICATION” Section, the FIRST PRIORITY concerns itself with providing “access for hikers and recreation it’s to Steelhead Falls Recreation Site…”. Getting folks on-not off the Ranch.
Listed priority number THREE on the Loan Application finally gets around to evacuating the residents off the Ranch.
