In the August 15, 2018 Edition of the Madras Pioneer, the paper ran the attached story: “Ground breaks of CRR’s second exit” by Holly Gill.

From the very beginning the Madras Pioneer has only covered the Ranch Officials (“AFFLUENT”)and their Government Partners narrative regarding the Emergency Exit/Public Works Project.

It appears that the Pioneer and the Ranch Officials/Government Partners are on the same page-Front Page.

Last January, several Ranch Residents staged a protest and picketed in front of the Jefferson County Annex about their right to vote-to be heard regarding the Emergency Exit.

The Pioneer, after being notified ignored the story. Apparently this event failed to meet the designated narrative.

FAIRNESS IN REPORTING?

BIAS?
