Yesterday, 8/14/19, Ranch Director Mark Schneider made the following comment on Ranch Matters, “This is exactly the reason the public will not be allowed at meetings.”

Is Director Schneider stating Ranch Members will NOT BE ALLOWED to attend Ranch Meetings?
