CRR/SRD held a SPECIAL MEETING on November 5, 2018, at 1:05 PM.
All three (3) SRD Commissioners present and accounted for along with Ranch President Carl Harbour.
Where was the required Public NOTICE for this Special Meeting?
Oregon’s Public Meetings Law addresses the NOTICE requirement.
Additionally, last March we submitted a Public Records Request along with the following REQUEST: “Further, please NOTICE us of any PUBLIC MEETINGS and additionally, please as members of the Media, we request Notice of ALL Executive Session Meetings.”
