Current media stories related to the Emergency Exit would lead it readers/listeners/viewers to believe that there was no opposition to the Emergency Exit, or more importantly, the means by which the Ranch was able to push their agenda through without a vote of the Ranch Residents.
I think most agree that an Emergency Exit was desperately needed here at Crooked River Ranch, however the tactics used to get this project pushed through may have proven slightly unethical.
As an example, throughout the process, Ranch residents were told to “Go To The Website”. For those online with the ability to access the site, this may have been a nice suggestion. However, how often was the information misinforming and misleading its readers?
HOA President, David Palmer and Ranch Officials fed the website their narrative – especially regarding the Emergency Exit.
Problem…. Many times, the information provided by the Ranch is misinformation, disinformation, misleading, inaccurate and not timely.
Conflicting reports seem to be the norm, making information unreliable.
Whether reviewing the Ranch website or other Ranch related media, it is difficult to ferret out the truth.
One example, a NEXTDOOR post by Palmer, in addition to an email from the office of Senator Bentz, clearly defines one instance of misinformation
Is this a pattern exhibited by Ranch Officials or will this behavior end with the completion of the Emergency Exit?
