RE: Panorama Park
There’s been a lot of Chatter regarding Panorama Park.
Whose responsible for the Maintenance?
Today, Ranch Matters learned that there is a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING, executed on December 01, 2010, between Jefferson County and the Crooked River Ranch Club and Maintenance Association.
According to the agreement, the Ranch is paid “$334.00 per month as a monthly maintenance fee.” “On December 1 of each year, the monthly maintenance fee will increase 2%.” Jefferson County is responsible for replacing/repairing “items or fixtures damaged by acts of vandalism.”
We met with Dana Lundy, Building & Grounds Director for Jefferson County, who was unaware of the agreement and asked Ranch Matters for a copy.
We spoke to Lundy regarding roles and responsibilities concerning the Park. He stated, “about 3 or 4 weeks ago, the Ranch Maintenance Supervisor informed him of the recent vandalism.” Lundy added, he has a maintenance man replacing the destroyed toilet in the Men’s Restroom today and is planning on working closer with the Ranch in the future.
