The decision by Golf employee Richard Jensen to give his permission to allow the BOD’s and Manager Judy Lapora to drop trespassing charges against Mr. Stevens and eventually Mr. Stangland is alarming. Bells, whistles, red flags???? Just who is running this clown show?

The FACT, when interviewed by RM’s, that Judy Lapora in her words is completely clueless who was even trespassed? The FACT Ms. Lapora had to contact the Sheriff’s office again to remove Mr. Stangland clearly demonstrates irrational, chaotic behavior on our Rulers and Management’s part. Clear evidence that this act was done out of pure hate, anger, revenge, spite, just because they can. This is IRRATIONAL behavior. Yet time and time again this has become typical behavior of the Ranch Rulers; and especially against a few individuals whom they would prefer not to live among the CHOSEN FEW.

I have written several times to the current Board and past Board regarding this trespassing issue and was ignored. ISN’T ANYONE CURIOUS, WHY NOW? Isn’t anyone curious how much money is being spent on HOA lawyers on such trivial matters? And Ms. Lapora’s startling admission, that there is “NO WRITTEN RECORD OF THIS BOARD’S ACTIONS, Lapora states, “EXECUTIVE DECISION, WHICH WILL NOT BE IN THE MINUTES.” What else do our Rulers decide in secret sessions, no record, despite statutory requirements.

I have not heard more Double Speak than that of Ms. Lapora and (President Burt). The truth does not speak that language. But it is extremely difficult to speak clearly and concisely when so much of their decisions are made so chaotically.
Reason and Rationality have left the Rulers way of thinking. They have become so blinded by their emotions. WHAT ARE THE RESULTS? WITCH HUNTS.

Please don’t shrug your shoulders in resignation. Resignation is something we tend to hide inside; a safer place. Don’t sell ourselves short. Get outside of those comfort zones and start dealing with these BULLIES.
