HERE IS ANOTHER UNANSWERED EMAIL I SENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN REGARD TO FIRE SAFETY FOR ALL????

THIS TRESPASS ACTION IS A DIRECT RESULT OF A PRE-PROGRAMMED EMPLOYEE.

Subject: FIRE SAFETY FOR ALL

Board of Directors,

I assume that each one of you are for the safety of each and every Ranch resident.

Director Riddle seems to be gathering information for fire safety for Ranch residents. He suggested the Golf Course would be the most obvious place.

May I remind you, John Stevens and Dave Stangland have a trespass order in place regarding the Golf course.

May I remind you that Mr. Jensen called the Deputy to issue that order. The order to this day remains in place (April 2020).

May I remind you that this was a punitive act on Jensen’s part.

John and Dave had permission to be there by a Golf employee. Jensen was not provoked by John or Dave, in fact, inspite of Jensen’s overreaction, were quite respectful. If you doubt that statement I can direct you to the video.

Mr. Jensen becomes angry just at the sight of John and Dave, then goes into a rage, spewing out threats, in their faces and “fuck you” words. I might add, not professional to say the least. Then, most likely, Mr. Jensen, with the approval of Ms. Lapora, called the cops. I have always asked myself and wondered, why the overreaction by Jensen? I think you all know the answer.

The narrative of them is ‘bad guys, trouble makers’ and whatever other words you spew forth to anyone that will listen. And this resulted in a ‘preprogrammed employee” overreaction.

With this trespass still standing, Stevens and Stangland are not afforded the same safety options of anyone else on this Ranch.

Do you really want to be responsible for denying these individuals the safety afforded to all other Ranch residents?

It is time that this trespass order be removed by Mr. Jensen. Or maybe Mr. Jensen can be held responsible for the two gentlemen’s safety.

It is time to do the right thing. Remove the Trespass order.
