“John Seely here is the highlights from where the 15K was spent…”

Karen,

Why did you feel it necessary to re-post Minutes from the July 2017 BOD MEETING? As a Part Time Ranch Employee who undoubtedly has access to inside information, you know that your re-post was apparently designed to mislead, as well as, disparage myself and Mr. Stevens.
For the record:
There was No Lawsuit only a legally required Notice presented to the CRR BOD. The BOD overreacted to said Notice, hence the attorney fees. We, our attorney, on multiple occasions requested to informally meet and discuss our issues to No Avail. David Palmer flat out refuses to talk while creating additional attorney fees. Your re-post included a statement from Palmer that noted: “…that these residents (Dave Stangland & John Stevens) have been given ample opportunities” to discuss our concerns in an open forum. However, Palmer et al was fully aware of any and all legal restrictions.
Additionally, the re-post alludes to “extra expenses with our accountant due to issues with these two residents.” What issues would require the accountant’s involvement? It’s being investigated.

Phase Rep, Stephanie Proffitt, was attempting to incite the membership and her inflammatory comments seemed to be choreographed. Later, Ms. Proffitt was sent a letter addressing her defamatory statements.

The July BOD meeting was RECORDED, but when we requested a copy of the audio we were told there was a “malfunction.” We offered to have an audio engineer review the so-called malfunction and we were denied.

Karen Atwood, who is the author of these minutes you posted?
