JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S MEETING

Commission Chair, Mae Huston called the meeting to order about 9:00 AM, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance & Invocation.

Phil Stenbeck, Jefferson County Planning Director, discussed the “proposed Madras Solar Energy Facility” in the County

Rick Allen, from the AIR SHOW OF THE CASCADES, discussed the upcoming 20th Anniversary of the Air Show, in Madras, scheduled for 8/28-8/29/2020.
Allen described the logistical aspects along with financial matters involved sponsoring the Air Show.
Allen is “looking for support & volunteers.”

As an aside, JC/BOC, Executive Administrative Assistant, Barbara Andresen & CRR Ranch resident has retired. December 11 was her final Board meeting.
Lyndsay Hessel has been hired as Barbara’s replacement.
