*Ranch resident and business owner, Lynnelle Morgan, addressed the Board, seeking their support for the re-opening of the Court Yard portion of her business, Over The Edge Taphouse.
Ms. Morgan, stated she’s responsible for 25 employees between the Taphoues and their Construction Company and they all need to get back work. She stressed, she “just wants to make money” and not pay taxes on money that’s given to her.

*Ranch resident Karen Atwood participated via ZOOM regarding the PANORAMA PARK PAVILION. She sent an email dated 4/29/20, seeking funding from the County triggering today’s discussion.
