There was some discussion regarding Commercial Loop issues and County investigations related

*CRR resident Carol Orr participated via zoom and commented on Commercial Loop issues/ concerns

*Teresa participated via zoom and discussed Resolution Number 2021-01 submitted to the Commission on February 5

*Ranch Matters (RM) asked the Commission and County Counsel clarification questions regarding Commercial Loop businesses and residences. Country Counsel confirmed there are no business license requirements by Jefferson County and referred RM to Community Development Director Phil Stenbeck for County Zoning/Code requirements

Public Health Director Michael Baker provided a detailed COVID/VAX Update. Baker confirmed residents 75 and older along with the Jefferson County Jail Inmates are part of “Priority B.”

Sheriff Jim Adkins confirmed vaccinations are not mandatory. The inmates will not be forced to take the shot
