IT’S TIME TO DO THE RIGHT THING!
President Burt and Directors,
It is your duty to take action.
As I sit here composing a response to President Burt’s refusal to reign in CCR Committee Chair, Mark Schneider, off goes another HOA committee/s member.
Jim Stagl, who serves on HOA committees. This is Stagl’s responses to the RV fire on the Ranch yesterday. First, he discloses confidential information from the CC&R committee that the RV that burned has been in violation for years, he further discloses confidential information, ‘the RV was illegally occupied, that place has been violating our CC&R’s for more years than you are aware of. ‘ At one point Stagl states, let it burn. All of this confidential information has been disclosed by Jim Stagl on social media.
The excuse you keep using for these egregious behaviors, is that they are doing this as individuals, not as committee members. Not true, Stagl has disclosed CCR confidential information to the public at large.
Why you and the Board feel the need to protect this behavior from Directors, Chairs is beyond reproach.
It is all of your fiduciary duties to take action now. It is all of your fiduciary duties to respond and not selectively. Jim Stagl has clearly violated confidentiality bylaws and policies.
Stagl needs to resign immediately. And while he is resigning, Mark Schneider needs to go as well.
How many more committee members/directors will be permitted to get away with this behavior? The behaviors are escalating.
