“Due to continued disruptions in our meetings the Board is moving to prohibit photography or video recording during meetings.”
CRR HOA Board President Carl Harbour made the above statement in his President’s Message in the September 2019 edition of the Telegraph.
This “move” (Resolution 2019-08-05-A) by the BOD is not only punitive, but retaliatory as well as completely hypocritical in nature, as the BOD themselves ARE CURRENTLY VIDEO RECORDING, AS WELL AS , AUDIO RECORDING in the Juniper Room.
Their video cameras, although active for approximately one year, have yet to be disclosed publicly to the Ranch Membership, either attending meetings, or otherwise.
As reported previously, BOD Vice President Stu Steinberg, proclaimed that “The First Amendment does not apply to our HOA BOD meetings.”
As a Mutual Benefit Non Profit Corporation, who benefits from the Board restricting Ranch Membership the right to speak?
