*CPA Zach Harmon presented the Election Results-Jerry Cooper, Bill Burt and Carl Harbour announced as the New Directors and they took their Oath of Office.

*Beth Ann Beamer from Jefferson County provided a brief presentation regarding a Community Visioning Meeting, scheduled for 9/19/19, at 5:30 PM in the Juniper Room

*President Harbour further discussed changes to be considered regarding RESOLUTION 2019-08-05-A. Director Gilliland provided a copy of the proposed changes that will be most likely passed at the next Regular Board meeting.

*As the meeting was wrapping up, Ranch resident Carol Orr asked President Harbour whether Public Input would be allowed at Work Session meetings and he stated, it’s “discretionary.”
Director Stephanie Proffitt was muttering something unintelligible and was asked by a resident to speak up and Proffitt retorted rather rudely/loudly,
“I WASN’T TALKING TO YOU.”
