County Clerk Katherine Zemke administered the Oath of Office after herself being sworn in by Presiding Circuit Court Judge, Annette C. Hillman.

NOTE: After Jeff Rasmussen was sworn in he appointed County Finance Director Kate Knop as Chief Deputy Treasurer and then he resigned his position as Treasurer.
