We have been asked why the Sheriff posted a couple of deputies at Monday night’s BOD meeting.

According to Sheriff Adkins, “Judy Lapora advised my Office that there was going to be a meeting tonight.” She made the call Monday before the meeting.

Sheriff Adkins thought it would a good idea, “fly the colors in the area, given the tension of the last meeting.”

As an aside, Sheriff Adkins informed us he could find “NO CAD EVENTS/REPORTS regarding the “vandalized” length restriction sign.
