FAIR PLAY
The Jefferson County Fair & Rodeo opened yesterday and runs through this Saturday, 7/24/21.
Admission & Parking is FREE.
Today, County Commissioner Kelly Simmelink gave Ranch Matters the Grand Tour and personally invited all Crooked River Ranch residents to attend.
Simmelink commented: “The place is popping, we’ve got camel rides, kids are showing their animals and projects…” “I can’t wait for you to see the place, it looks like a million bucks…”

Brian Crow, the Fair Coordinator also extended an invitation to the Ranch and provided a brief overview of the Fair activities, entertainment and carnival.

Marque Lundgren, General Manager for the PAUL MAURER SHOWS for the carnival explained Maurer is a complete traveling amusement company based out of California and this is their first visit to Jefferson County.
He provided some operational background and reminded everyone that they are opened from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM everyday.
