According to AIC (Ranch) insurance agent, Barry Maroni, the Board of Directors could face serious consequences for their actions and words.

A few years back, Maroni WARNED the Directors, that they are the “FACE OF THE RANCH” and need to “WATCH WHAT THEY SAY” as well as, what they say, can be “TAKEN THE WRONG WAY.”

“TAKEN THE WRONG WAY”?

Interestingly, Ranch President Kari Vickery at the 3/20/23, Board of Directors meeting and while dialoguing with resident Carol Orr, stated:

“I understand Ms. Orr, but unfortunately, people TALK, public communicates and everything that is pretty much communicated is HEARSAY, but we have to TAKE IT AS TRUTH.”

Vickery’s admission that she accepts hearsay as truth is an alarming matter especially now that RM has exposed Jennie Anderson’s so-called investigation that included talking with President Kari Vickery, Ranch Staff and Committee Members.

RM doubts the aforementioned watched what they said and most likely never expected to be exposed.

According to CRR’s Policy & Procedures Handbook, President Kari Vickery is the “designated spokesperson for the Association” or the “FACE OF THE RANCH.”

What she says, believes and communicates is extremely important.

If hearsay in Vickery’s world equates with truth, what she says potentially carries serious consequences.
