Crooked River Ranch is on the hunt for a General Maintenance Supervisor.

The following employment ad is posted on INDEED, the worldwide employment website:

“GENERAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR CROOKED RIVER RANCH C&MA, Terrebonne, OR.

The successful applicant must be reliable, have an eye for detail and have a well-rounded skill set with technical skills and knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, grounds keeping, and janitorial work as well as swimming pool maintenance and operation.

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role is required.

You will be responsible for hiring and training staff and will supervise four permanent, full time employees, and as many as seven or eight seasonal employees.

Computer knowledge for ordering supplies, writing reports and preparing spreadsheets is essential as well as an understanding of budgeting and performance management.

You will interact with various vendors, contractors, ranch residents and visitors,  so good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

A valid driver’s license is required, and you must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Ranch Matters contacted the Ranch Administration for further details and was told they didn’t want to make any official announcement until a replacement could be found for Mike Knoke, the current General Maintenance Supervisor.
