A recent post on social media site, NEXTDOOR, had one Ranch resident expressing concern regarding people who speed on the Ranch, “a lot are older”, he said in his post.
In May 2017, the CRR Board of Directors voted unanimously on purchasing and installing electronic speed display signs in the amount of $11,409.00 (AFE#218) that would track information such as, number of cars, speed of cars and time.
Unfortunately, the signs do not appear to be slowing drivers down.
On June 6, 2018, CRR, Vice President of the Board, David Keyston was cited and later convicted for speeding on Chinook, at the rate of 65 MPH.
In January of 2017, Barry Maroni of AIC Insurance Agency presented to the BOD, in part, warning the Board/Directors to “Watch what they say” and as Directors, they are the “Face of the Ranch.”
