“No talking over each other or interrupting someone else who is talking. If a question has been asked and answered, please don’t ask the question again and give someone else time to ask a question. Comments will only be taken during the public comment period unless otherwise decided by the Board President. We will show each other respect.”

Wednesday’s (11/15/23), Water Company Board Meeting was facilitated by Board President Jim Hussey.
After opening the meeting he stated:
“We have as a Board developed some rules for our meetings, for the audience and for us. They’re pretty basic.” He then read the above statement. He added: “That’s the basics and if we adhere to that we should have a nice orderly meeting with no hurt feelings.

The meeting was well attended, orderly and as an extra bonus professionally broadcasted for those members unable to attend in person.
General Manager Frank Day borrowed an OWL CAMERA from the Ranch Fire Department and in conjunction with Microsoft TEAMS, provided a slick, high quality video/ audio system for broadcasting the meeting on line.
SWORN IN
Water Board Directors Jim Hussy, Carina Soubiea, Mark Schneider and Kent Inman were sworn in. Board President Jim Hussey read a loud the Oath of Office for the Directors.
