CRR SUED-CASE SETTLED

SPECIAL REPORT

“It is understood that Crooked River Ranch Club & Maintenance Association, Kelly Davis and Ashley Strouse expressly deny the allegations contained in plaintiff’s complaint, and that this settlement is to bring resolution to disputed claims and is not to be considered an admission of any fault of any party.”

Kelly Davis provided Ranch Matters copy of the Settlement Agreement and confirmed the agreement does not include any non-disclosure/confidential restrictions.

Davis reaffirmed that the allegations against him listed in Andrews’ lawsuit were false and categorically denied making any threats of any kind against Andrews.

He’s agreed to be interviewed later regarding
the case backstory, but did tell us the case depositions proved to be “very revealing” and plans on TELLING-ALL…

Interestingly, at last Monday’s (10/17/22), CRR/BOD MEETING, the agenda reflected there was to be a lawsuit update. President Kari Vickery provided the initial update:

“COMPLETED.”

“CASE CLOSED.”

No actual details were provided the homeowners.
After some questions from the audience Ranch Manager Judy Lapora said the Settlement was paid for by the insurance company, but didn’t disclose publicly the Association had to pay a 10K deductible.
