A. Invoice for $221.00 from CAN Surety for Directors bond.
B. Invoice for $135.00 form CRRC&MA for office lease.

1. Ongoing discussion on the annexation of the Quail Road extension.
2. Update on the bid package for the road work projects that were delayed until next year for:
A. An overlay of Chinook from Club House Road to Hill Road.
B. A thin coat overlay on Ermine from Quail to Sage Hen.
C. A thin coat overlay on Quail from Buckskin to Ermine.
D. A thin coat overlay on Parkey from Quail to Sumpter.
E. A thin coat overlay on Commercial Loop.
3. Funding assistance to the Road Department for storm damage repairs.
