CRR SPECIAL ROAD DISTRICT MEETING
All 3 SRD Commissioners present-Commissioner Schlabach via phone & SRD Road Supervisor, Jordan Jones in attendance

Chairperson Sue Haley followed the AGENDA
SOME HIGHLIGHTS:
*Initially, Ms. Haley opened 3 Bids submitted by Knife River, High Desert and Tri County Paving for various paving projects on the Ranch. High Desert was the low Bidder and if all of the pre-qualifications check out a Bid Summary will be sent to them.
*Commissioner Schlabach provided an update regarding the annexation of Quail Road. According to Schlabach, things are “moving forward.” Schlabach reported that yesterday he received confirmation from the BLM that a letter has been sent to the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners incorporating language both agencies have finally agreed to.
A Resolution will be prepared and sometime in the near future Deschutes County will be holding a public hearing.
*Ranch Road Supervisor, Jordan Jones provide his monthly report and re-confirmed the process is moving forward regarding the purchase of the 2 dump trucks from Washington County for 30K.
*Ms. Haley is on the hunt for 3 candidates to fill Budget Committee positions. Solicitations will be sent out to the phase Reps and the Social Media site NextDoor.
There will be a Special Meeting on March 25 addressing the above.
The next Regular SRD Meeting is scheduled for April 8th, 2020.

Note: Road Supervisor Jones provided a report on the damaged fencing along the Quail/Emergency Rd. According to Jones, the BLM will be conducting an aerial survey of the area & possibly placing boulders accordingly to mitigate future damage.
