CRR/ SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

Today’s Special Board Meeting was held virtually, via zoom and called to order by Ranch VP Carl Harbour at “5:01”/4:01 PM.

ROLL CALL: President Bill Burt, Randy Peterson, Mike Dries, Richard Ebers, Julia Randall, Ara Erdekian and VP Carl Harbour.
NOT CALLED: Director Monty Riddle.

Harbour conducted the meeting from out of town because President Bill Burt is out of town and according to Harbour, absent?

AGENDA ITEM: “TO ELECT A TREASURER”
Director Randy Peterson “volunteered” to serve out the remaining term of former Director/ Treasurer Jerry Cooper’s Office/Assignment.
There was no discussion and Harbour called for a Motion to nominate Randy Peterson as Treasurer. The vote was unanimous
