“New CC&R Procedure and Revised Handbook-Stephanie Proffitt”

Ranch members need to keep a close eye on the CC&R Committee’s activities.

The CC&R Committee’s actions have been the subject of multiple stories on Ranch Matters involving their unprofessional conduct and total disregard for homeowners privacy.

.

Interestingly and according to the May 16, 2023, CC&R Review Committee Minutes, the Committee members are considering issuing Badges for their members while conducting investigations.

.

Apparently they feel the need for such authority when confronted by Association members while snooping about.

.

Additionally, the CC&R Committee members have been the subject of a lawsuit,

.

The filing of “false/unfounded” complaints with a state agency, specious/retaliatory/punitive Resolutions Fines & Liens, 

.

Now they want a BADGE?
