Today’s Work Session Meeting was held virtually via Zoom and started at 10:00 AM and ended at approximately 11:32 AM
.
The following Ranch Directors in attendance: President Carl Harbour, Monty Riddle, Mike Dries, Richard Ebers, Randy Peterson, Judy Gilliland and Stephanie Proffitt
Directors Bill Burt and Jerry Cooper were absent
Ranch Manager Judy Lapora, General Maintenance Supervisor Mike Knoke & Road Department Supervisor Jordan Jones participated
Jefferson County Commissioner Mae Huston in attendance

General Maintenance Supervisor Knoke provided his report regarding the RV Dump Stations. According to Knoke, the Ranch has only received 1 bid/quote (Costs not disclosed) to date for “the digging & tank placement and waiting on some others.” Various options still being discussed regarding tank size with the apparent focus now on a “POURED IN PLACE 5K GALLON TANK.” Blasting vs Rock Hammering still undecided
Knoke also provided an update on the Swimming Pool and the Pump Failure Issue
