As reported, Manager Judy Lapora pitched to the Board of Directors at their 10/02/23, meeting, changes to the Policy & Procedures Handbook, allowing for the Pride/Diversity Flag to be an “APPROVED” Flag and as expected it was approved.
Lapora asked that the following language be added to the Policy & Procedures Handbook,
Section P: “decorative flags that are not vulgar or political, flags supporting diversity and INCLUSION.”
Beyond the sneaky way management used their authority to change the language to accommodate their agenda, many have suggested, now that the word “inclusive” has been added to the Policy, ANYTHING GOES, even “UNDERGARMENTS.”
Besides underwear, can an Association member fly the Trump flag, Gadsden flag or the Jolly Roger to name a few?
