COUPLE OF HIGHLIGHTS

*The Board unanimously approved spending $20,000.00 for the installation of pavers in front of the Juniper Room.

* RV Park Dump Station Update. According to Mike Knoke the excavation and rock hammering has started in the D Loop area for the two 3000 gallon holding tanks. The two tanks will be connected together and not connected to the septic system. DEQ approval took some extra time but they did issue their permit last week that included a requirement of having a septic pumping company on contract.

HOW OFTEN WILL THE TANKS HAVE TO BE PUMPED?

Knoke explained some permitting history that included correcting past errors. Manager Lapora covered pumping fees. She said, “We’re going to have to assess the costs higher…”
