Yesterday’s (8/19/23), Annual Meeting started at about 9:00 AM and ended at 9:41 AM.

Same script, same players and agenda as past Annual Meetings.
All Ranch Directors present with the exception of Sheryl Jones and Sarah Woolverton.
Jefferson County Commissioner Mark Wunsch also in attendance.
President Kari Vickery called the meeting to Order followed by the Invocation, Moment of Silence and Flag Salute.
Vickery followed the Agenda that included the approval of the 2022 Annual Meeting Minutes, Director Randy Peterson’s Treasurer’s Report, Vickery’s President’s Message, 2023-2024 Budget and the naming of the new Nominating Committee Members.
Employee of the year: Phyllis Carlin
Volunteer of the year: Marie Carter
Outgoing Director Randy Peterson was thanked for his three plus years on the Board and presented a plaque.
There was No Old Business and No Public Input.
Next year’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for August 24, 2024, at MAC PARK.
Commissioner Wunsch told Ranch Matters attending the Annual Meeting was a “great opportunity for him to meet Association members from across the Ranch, listen to their concerns and answer some questions.” He added, “I’m always available.”
