CROOKED RIVER RANCH BOD/WORK SESSION MEETING

Meeting started on time at 10:00 AM and ended at 11:30 AM and adjourned to Executive Session to discuss contract issues.

Karen Atwood reminded all in attendance to sign in-New Policy

All Board of Directors present and Jefferson County Commissioner Mae Huston also in attendance.

 

President Carl Harbour followed the AGENDA

 

SOME HIGHLIGHTS:

Ranch Supervisors provided their individual reports that included budget issues

First payment of approximately $52K applied to OTIB Loan Payment for Emergency Exit

Bocci Ball Court status, included, conflicting reports involving court dimensions-concrete pouring next step, weather permitting

Ranch Manager Judy Lapora provided her report on the outside attack on CRR’S Computer System. She clarified the attack was not a hack, but rather a “lock out.”
According to Lapora, the attack is a “pretty big deal” and has been reported to Law Enforcement.

Note: Resident/Business Owner, Sean Remer, drove one of his controversial school bus’s to the Administration parking lot and made it available for tours.
