CROOKED RIVER RANCH BOD-Special Meeting
The purpose of the Special Meeting was to select a new Ranch Director to replace recently resigned Ranch VP, Stu Steinberg.
Ranch Directors present: Bill Burt, Judy Gilliland, Marie Carter, Stephanie Proffitt and Carl Harbour via phone. Ranch Manager, Judy Lapora also present.
The meeting started at 10: 00 AM and was chaired by Burt
Only ONE applicant, Mike Dries, applied for the vacant position. Mr. Dries introduced himself and provided some quick background information that included membership in the Lions Club.
At approximately 10:05 AM, Burt adjourned the meeting to Executive Session.
The BOD reconvened the Special meeting at 10:13 AM. The Board voted to approve Mr. Dries and he will be sworn in at next Monday’s Work Session Meeting.
