“Crooked River Ranch Special Road District hereby acknowledges that a conflict exists based upon the marriage relationship between Timothy R. Gassner and Alexa N. Gassner…”

On April 4, 2018, the Jefferson County Commissioners signed a WAVIER OF CONFLICT acknowledging that an Actual conflict exists between the two Gassner’s, Timothy R. Gassner, representing the Crooked River Ranch Special Road District and his wife, Alexa N. Gassner representing Jefferson County, related to the construction, operation and maintenance of the Quail Road Extension Project.

Ranch Matters reported on January 18, 2019, that an Unsigned WAIVER OF CONFLICT agreement had been uncovered involving the Crooked River Ranch Special Road District acknowledging the above conflict.

The Quail (EMERGENCY) Road Extension Project, much like a disease, has spread misinformation, disinformation and conflicts of interest throughout this controversial public works project. Meanwhile, Crooked River Ranch residents were denied the right to Vote and stuck with the BILL.
